Voted into 18 consecutive All-Star games from 1967-84, Rod Carew was one of the greats of his era. This early 1980's jersey has embroidered on the front left tail the "W.A. Goodman & Sons" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and the size "42." On the left sleeve is "California Angels" embroidered team patch. The name "Angels" has been sewn across the front of the jersey and the player number "29" has been sewn onto the front and back of the jersey. The name "Carew" has been embroidered on the back of the jersey above the number. All the letters and numbers are made of red on navy blue tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
