Ed Kirkpatrick spent seven seasons with the Angels and provided them with consistent hitting and occasional power. On the left front tail is the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "44." Below it reads "44-68" in dark grey chain stitching denoting size and year, respectively. The team name "Angels" appears across the front and the number "8" appears on the back, both in red felt on blue tackle twill. Inside the collar is a tackle twill patch reading "Kirkpatrick." The jersey was worn during the 1968 and 1969 seasons. The "100 year" patch was removed from the left sleeve after the 68 season. The jersey shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations except for the removed patch.
