The Brewers of the early '80s were blessed with a powerful lineup including both Cecil Cooper and Gorman Thomas. On the left front tail of the blue road Thomas jersey are three tags. A white tackle twill tag reads "80 Thomas 44" denoting year, player name and jersey size, respectively. Below are two "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tags, one stating "Designed for the Milwaukee Brewers" and the other reading jersey size "44." Across the front is the city name "Milwaukee" and on the front and rear is the number "20." All letters and numbers are done in blue on yellow tackle twill. On the left front tail of the white pinstripe home Cooper jersey are three patches. A white tackle twill tag reads "81 Cooper 42" denoting year, player name and jersey size, respectively. Below are two "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tags, one stating "Designed for the Milwaukee Brewers" and the other reading jersey size "44." Across the front is the team name "Brewers" and on the front and back is the number "20." All letters and numbers are done in blue on yellow tackle twill. The jerseys show good game use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
