This hooded satin warmup suit was worn by Ed Sadowski, an All-American, during the 1939-40 college basketball season. In the collar are remnants of a size "41" tag. His number "44" is written inside the jacket in vintage black marker. Also written in is the player name "Ed Sadowski 6' 6"." On the left front breast is a large "All-America 1939-40" red, white, and blue chain stitch patch. In the waistband of the pants is a size "36" tag which also reads "Lot 37." A beautiful early college warmup.
