Toiling for many years in relative obscurity with the Falcons, Humphrey was one of the first true speed-rushers. On the left front tail of this early 1970s Humphrey Falcons home red mesh jersey is the "Atlanta Falcons" Sand-Knit exclusive tag and below it is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the size "XXXL." The player number "87" has been screened onto the front, back, and each sleeve of the jersey in white with a black outline. On the back of the jersey is a red mesh nameplate with the player name "Humphrey" sewn on in white tackle twill. Humphrey has signed the front number "8" with a blue marker signature that has bled badly but appears to be inscribed with the year "1971." The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph comes with a PSA/DNA letter.
