Leroy Kelly replaced Jim Brown in the Cleveland Browns backfield and in 1967 he led the NFL in rushing yards (1,205), rushing average (5.1 per carry), and rushing touchdowns (11). He played in six Pro Bowls and in 1994 he became a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. On the inside back tail is the "Rawlings" label with the size "48" and adjacent is the "L" tag. Next to this is the wash tag. Across the front of the jersey is the name "American" and on the back is a white nameplate with the player name "Kelly." The letters are made of red tackle twill. The player number "44" appears on the front, back, and on each sleeve of the shirt. The numbers on the front and back are made of red on blue tackle twill and the numbers on the sleeves are made of red tackle twill. There is an autograph and inscription on the lower front which reads "Leroy Kelly H.O.F. 94." The autograph rates a strong 8 and comes with a letter from PSA/DNA. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
