Mickey Mantle certainly had the build of a power hitter, but that alone is not enough to produce home runs on a consistent basis. Patience, intelligence and plate discipline play equally important roles in a hitter's ability to find the seats. Mantle's sweet swing from the left side is shown here in this double-matted 16" x 20" photo. Mantle is imaged in Yankee pinstripes and appears to be watching one of his 536 career home runs fly into the right field seats. Below the photo, which shows light toning in the upper left, is a Mantle cut signature in blue pen that grades a 9. The frame measures 24" x 25". The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
