While he is a feared home run threat, Larry Walker has actually been one of the game's best hitters for average since 1997. He won NL batting titles in 1998 (.363), 1999 (.379) and 2001 (.350) and finished second in the batting race in 1997 (.366) and 2002 (.338). On the left front tail of this home knit jersey is the "Russell Athletic" label with the size "48" and below this is a label reading "Walker 48-33." The numbers denote the size and player number, respectively. Across the front of the jersey is the team name "Rockies" in black tackle twill on a white/silver backing. On the back of the jersey is the name "Walker" and below this is the player number "33." The letters and numbers are made of black on silver tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Colorado Rockies patch and on the right sleeve is the "All-Star Game" patch. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
