On July 28, 1991, Martinez threw the 15th perfect game in the history of Major League Baseball. This ball was used in that game and has been signed and notated "Dennis Martinez 7-28-91 Perfect Game" in blue, rating an 8. The ball comes with a letter from the consignor, who obtained it first-hand. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
