Nineteen vintage ink signatures appear on this lightly toned ONL Harridge baseball, with most being members of the 1946 American League Champion Boston Red Sox. Team members include Ted Williams, Don Gutteridge, Tex Hughson, Rudy York, Catfish Metkovich, Mickey Harris, Wally Moses, Pinky Higgins, Bob Doerr, Johnny Pesky, Dom DiMaggio, Hal Wagner, and Rip Russell. Other signers include Eddie Collins, Tom Yawkey, Rogers Hornsby, and Commisioner A.B. Chandler. We were told by our consignor that the ball was signed at the 1946 World Series and the inclusion of Commisioner Chandler and owner Yawkey supports this. An outstanding piece of Red Sox history with seven Hall of Famers. The signatures are done in ink and rate from 6 to 9. The autographs come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
