A truly gorgeous black fountain pen signature penned by the only U.S. president to serve four terms, this Franklin D. Roosevelt signed notecard grades a bold 9. The notecard reads "State of New York Executive Mansion Albany" and is secured to a piece of paper that is noted "Rec'd from Albany, N.Y. 1930." The notecard has some light staining along the edges that does not affect the signature. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
