A strong-armed passer with a linebacker's mentality, Jim Kelly lived up to his advance billing and virtually rewrote the Bills' record book for quarterbacks. Only three players in NFL history had reached the 30,000 yard career passing mark faster. Eight times in his NFL career he passed for more than 3,000 yards in a season and twenty-six times he passed for more than 300 yards in a game. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch. On the left front tail is the "Champion" exclusive label with the year "1992" and next to this is the "Champion" label and size, "42." On the back of the jersey is a blue nameplate with the name "Kelly" in white letters. The player number "12" appears on the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey in white on red numbers. The letters and numbers have been ironed-on. There is an autograph on the back number "2" which rates a 6. The ironed-on numbers have some openings through the holes in the mesh material from use. The jersey shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
