Jackie Robinson, Duke Snider, Roy Campanella, Sandy Koufax, Pee Wee Reese and company were the core of a Brooklyn Dodgers team that made regular trips to the World Series in the 1950s. A great many of those World Series games were played in Ebbets Field, which was home to the Dodgers for 40 years. Items from the long since demolished Ebbets Field are in high demand among collectors, and seats such as this are always near the top of the list. An end aisle seat numbered 1, this example was removed from Row AG. "LL5" is visible near the bottom of the seat, which is fully functional and grades VG due to paint peeling and aging.
