The 1996 New York Yankees won four out of six World Series games to beat the Atlanta Braves. They not only took home the World Series trophy that year, but they also planted the seeds of yet another Yankee dynasty. Offered here are four very rare full tickets to games 1, 2, 6, and 7 of the 1996 World Series. These represent each of the three games that were played in Yankee Stadium as well as a ticket for the seventh game which was not necessary when the Yankees won it in 6. The tickets are in sheet form, issued to the original purchaser and are in remarkable condition. One small nick on the left edge of the sheet is mentioned purely for the sake of accuracy and does not detract from the visual appeal of this tremendous display.
