Some of the best baseball players never got the opportunity to play in the Majors simply because of the color of their skin. Jackie Robinson changed all that and paved the way for two of the five players in this collage to display their skills in Major League ballparks. The signature of Satchel Paige, considered by many to be possibly the greatest pitcher of all time, appears in this autographed display, as does that of Monte Irvin, Ray Dandridge, Buck Leonard and James "Cool Papa" Bell. The Paige, Irvin and Bell autographs are cuts while the Dandridge and Leonard are signed directly on the Murray Tinkleman artwork. Each autograph grades a 9+ and the Paige, which includes the inscription "Best Wishes From," is particularly impressive. The items are triple-matted inside an attractive 24-1/2" x 33-1/2" frame. The autographs come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
