The centerpiece to a quality collection of baseball memorabilia is a Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig autographed baseball, and few Ruth/Gehrig signed balls are in as good a condition as the one offered here. This toned, red and blue stitched OAL baseball has been signed by Ruth on the sweet spot and Gehrig on the side panel with both signatures being in black ink. The beautiful autographs rate between 7 and 8 and the ball is in excellent condition with very bold blue stamping. "1928" is inscribed in black ink on the panel above the sweet spot. It is hard to imagine a better example, especially one dated to an era of Yankee dominance. The ball comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
