All major league ball players share the same dream of winning a World Series Championship and being awarded their own ring. This dazzling world series ring was owned and worn by pitcher Juan Berenguer. Juan played 15 seasons for seven different teams and found a true home in Minnesota in 1987. As set-up man for closer Jeff Reardon, he went 8-1 (3.94) for the '87 World Champions and 8-4 (3.96) in 1988. This incredible gold ring has a blue stone in the middle with a raised 'M' in diamonds (15) on top. Surrounding the blue stone is the embossed lettering "Twins, World Champions" and two diamonds flanking "Twins." The left shank has his name, team logo and player number. The right shank has "1987", the world series trophy and the team logos of the Twins and Cardinals. The inside band is stamped with "Jostens." The ring is accompanied with the original presentation box. The box is wood with silver and gold detail engraved with "Twins." The inside lid has white material with the Twins logo and next to the ring holder has the plaque that reads "Minnesota Twins, 1987 World Series Champions, Juan Berenguer." The ring is a size 11 and is in NM-M condition. Includes a copy of a letter of authenticity from Juan Berenguer.
