The fourth-round draft choice of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings in 1984, Tom Glavine wisely chose baseball over hockey. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic" label which includes the size "42." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Atlanta" in script-style letters made of red on blue tackle twill. Below this is the Braves "Tomahawk." On the back of the jersey is a gray nameplate with the name "Glavine" in blue tackle twill. Below this is the player number "47" in red on blue tackle twill. On the right sleeve is baseball's "125th Anniversary" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
