Hubert "Geese" Ausbie is one of the most popular and recognizable of the original Harlem Globetrotters. For 24 years Ausbie served as the "clown prince" of the team thrilling audiences with his talent and personality. This shooting shirt was used by Geese during his playing days as a member of the Original Globetrotter team. In the neck of the shirt is the "Wilson" label and adjacent to this is the size tag "44." On the back of the shirt is the team name "Original Harlem Globetrotters." The words "Original" and "Globetrotters" are done in gold embroidered letters. The word "Harlem" is done in red on white tackle twill. The shirt shows good wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by signed documentation from Ausbie stating that it was used by him during his playing day.
