The Virginia Squires advanced to the ABA's Eastern Division semifinals in four of their six years and boasted the league's best player in Julius Erving. Fellow Hall-of-Famer George Gervin also dazzled fans while playing for the Squires. This red Pearson warmup jacket was worn by a member of the Squires, who existed between 1970-71 and 1975-76. There is blue and white trim at the sleeves and on the waistband and a number 14 on the left sleeve of the jacket, which reads "Virginia" across the back. The eight button down jacket shows nice use and grades near-mint. As is the story with most ABA memorabilia, this is certainly not an easy item to come across.
