On the front left tail is the Reebok manufacturer’s tag with two attached flag tags reading “48” and “6” L.B.”. Inside below the collar is a strip tag reading “05-48” and below is a Prova Group tag. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield logo. The player number “94” appears on the front, back and both shoulders and across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “WARE”. All numbering and lettering is done in blue tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use with non football related wear on the numerals.
