On the front left tail is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached are two flag tags, one reading the size “44” and one reading “CT”. Below is a box tag reading the year “90”. On the left sleeve is the “JRY” memorial logo in red tackle twill above a black armband in honor of club owner Jean R. Yawkey which was featured in the 1992 season. Across the chest reads “RED SOX” and on the back is the player number “44”. All numbering and lettering is done in red on navy blue tackle twill. Darwin signed the front of the jersey in black marker and in our opinion rates a near 8. Darwin joined the Red Sox in 1991 and the “JRY” patch was worn during the 1992 season indicating this jersey is a carryover from 1990. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
