Hall of Famer Fergie Jenkins enjoyed a 19 year career, won a Cy Young Award and is a part of the 3,000 strikeout club. Inside the rear neck is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size “48” with washing instructions. Adjacent below is a strip tag reading “31 73 1 48”. On the front left tail is a box tag reading the year “73”. Across the chest reads “CHICAGO”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “57” which has been changed from Jenkins’ number “31” with a clear outline visible. All numbering and lettering is done in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a Cubs team logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows excellent use with extended organizational use.
