On the front left tail is the Spalding manufacturer’s tag size “40”. Adjacent below is a tag with washing instructions and an attached flag tag reading “SET 1 1968”. Inside the collar is a strip tag reading “40 68 6”. Across the chest reads “Mets”. The player number “29” appears below and on the back. Both of the numbers have been changed from the original “6” to read “29”. All numbering and lettering is done in blue felt on orange tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
