Thurman Thomas was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007 and into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2008. Riddell manufactured size “L 7 ¼ - 7 ¾” with the inside padding and chin strap intact. The player number “34” is handwritten inside both the right and left ear flaps in period faded black marker. The clips read “92” which may have been replaced after the season. A Bills team logo decal is on both sides of the shell and on the back is the player number “3” and “4” decals. Thomas signed the outer shell with the added inscription “1991” in black marker and in our opinion rates an 8. The helmet shows outstanding use with hit marks and ink transfers throughout the shell and on the facemask. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows wear.
