“The Great One” is the leading point-scorer in NHL history, with more assists than any other player has points, and is the only NHL player to total over 200 points in one season – a feat he accomplished four times. In the rear neck is the Starter manufacturer’s tag. Below is a strip tag reading the player name “GRETZKY”. Inside the rear middle tail is a Rangers tag reading “Wayne Gretzky Set 2 1998-1999 Season”. Diagonally across the front of the jersey reads “RANGERS”. Across the back is the player name “GRETZKY” sewn directly onto the jersey. The player number “99” appears on both sleeves as well as the back of the jersey. All lettering and numbering is done in blue on red tackle twill. On the back tail are the “Starter” and two “NHL” logos. The fight strap is intact. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
