Hall of Famer Karl Malone won his second MVP in the 1998-99 season averaging 23.8 points, 9.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists. Apex manufactured white PE shoes with purple and copper trim. On the back of both shoes is a logo reading “MAILMAN 32 MVP”. Embroidered on the outside ankles is “MAILMAN 32” in copper. Malone signed the outside of both shoes in black marker with the added inscription “To Nick” and a second inscription on the left shoe reading “Good Luck” and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 8. Handwritten on the inside of the back flap reads “3/13”. Also included are two wristbands reading “Mailman 32” embroidered in purple. These shoes are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and show wear. Accompanied by a ball boy LOA and an ALOA from JSA.
