Howard Johnson wore this jersey on June 30th, 1990 when he hit a home run against the Cincinnati Reds. On the inner front left tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “42”, wash instructions and flag tag “SET 1 1990”. Adjacent below is a white strip tag with the player number “20” embroidered in blue. Across the front reads “Mets”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “20”. Across the back is the player name “JOHNSON”. All lettering and numbering is done in the same blue on orange tackle twill. On the right sleeve is “Rawlings” embroidered in white. Baseball related staining is seen on the front. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match and grading the jersey a perfect 10.
