On the front left tail is the Spalding manufacturer’s tag size “44” and beneath reads “Koufax 65” in blue chain stitching. Inside the front left tail is a tag with washing instructions and an attached flag tag reading “SET 1 1965”. Across the front reads “Dodgers” in blue felt script. The player number “32” appears below in red felt and on the back in blue felt. Koufax signed inside the collar in black marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 7.
