“The Great One” is the leading point-scorer in NHL history, with more assists than any other player has points. On the inner rear collar is the “Maska” manufacturer’s tag reading “100% POLYESTER”. The number “44” is handwritten on this tag in blue marker. Adjacent above is an “Authentic Collection” tag. On the right chest is the “NHL 75” anniversary patch and on the left chest is the Captain “C” in silver on black on white tackle twill. Across the front is the “Los Angeles KINGS” logo embroidered in black and white on silver on black tackle twill. On each sleeve is Gretzky’s retired number “99” in silver on white on black tackle twill. On the left shoulder is the Kings “Silver Season Anniversary” patch. Across the back is the player name “GRETZKY” in silver on black on white tackle twill. Adjacent below is the player number “99” in the same tackle twill. The fight strap is intact. Gretzky has signed the “KINGS” logo on front of the jersey in black marker, in our opinion the signature rates a strong 8. On the back right tail are the official “NHL” and “CCM” logos.
