In 1996, Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar was suspended for spitting on umpire John Hirschbeck during a game in an infamous incident. Rawlings manufactured OAL Budig baseball signed by both Alomar and Hirschbeck. Hirschbeck signed the sweet spot in black ink with the added inscriptions "17, A.L." and Alomar signed on an off panel in blue ink and in our opinion the signature rate a combined 8.5. Moderate toning and spotting is present throughout. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
