On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “44” with washing instructions. Adjacent above is the “Koch Sporting Goods” distributor’s tag. On the front, back and on both sleeves is the player number “80”. These are done in black on orange vinyl numbering. Across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “COLLINSWORTH” painted in black. Condition issues are present with material loss on the player numbers. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA grading the jersey an 8+ and an LOA from the family of the Bengals linebacker coach.
