On the front left tail is the Adidas manufacturers tag with an attached flag tag reading the size “50”. Adjacent below is a box tag reading the year “99” embroidered in blue. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "11" in red on blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BLEDSOE" in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. On the v-neck is the official "NFL" logo patch. The "Patriots" logo patch is below. On each sleeve above the player number is the "adidas" logo patch and a Patriots team logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match.
