The only NFL team to go undefeated, the Miami Dolphins compiled a 14-0 record during the 1972 regular season. After winning in the first round of the playoffs, the Dolphins beat Pittsburgh for the AFC Championship, and then capped the season with a Super Bowl victory against the Washington Redskins. This helmet is loaded with over 30 autographs in black marker highlighted by Dick Anderson, Charles Babb, Larry Ball, Marlin Briscoe, Nick Bouniconti, Doug Crusan, Larry Csonka, James Del Gaizo, Vern Den Hereder, Jim Dunaway, Norm Evans, Manny Fernandez, Marv Fleming, Tim Foley, Hubert Ginn, Bob Griese, Bob Heinz, Al Jenkins, Ed Jenkins, Curtis Johnson, Jim Kiick, Howard Kindig, Mike Kolen, Bob Kuechenberg, Jim Langer, Larry Little, Maulty Moore, Earl Morrall, Mercury Morris, Lloyd Mumphord, Karl Noonan, Jim Riley, Larry Seiple, Howard Schnellenberger, Don Shula, Bill Stanfill, Otto Stowe, Howard Twilley, Paul Warfield and Garo Yepremian and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 9. On both sides of the Riddell "Pro Line" model helmet is the official "Miami Dolphins" logo sticker. On the front and back of the helmet and on both ends of the chinstrap is the "Riddell" manufacturers name imprinted in red. On the back of the helmet are two manufacturers stickers with helmet size "L 7 ¼-7 ¾" and warning information on them. Adjacent to the warning sticker is the official "NFL" logo sticker. On the inside of the ear flaps of the helmet are additional manufacturers stickers. The helmet interior has the original foam padding and ear pads. Attached to the helmet are a green facemask and chinstrap. Accompanied by an ALOA PSA/DNA and by a Steiner LOA.
