This May 1995 Sports Illustrated issue features and has been dual-signed by Michael Jordan & Shaquille O'Neal on the cover. Both signed in black ink and in our opinion the signatures rate a strong 9 despite some background contrast. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
