Andre Dawson was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2010. The eight-time All-Star and eight-time Gold Glove Award winner was the NL MVP in 1987. In the rear neck is the Rawlings manufacturers tag size “44” with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading “SET 1 1988” and below is a strip tag reading “8 88 1 44” embroidered in blue. On the left chest is the team’s “CUBS” logo in white, blue and red embroidery. The player number “8” appears on the back in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a Cubs team logo patch and on the right sleeve is a Rawlings logo embroidered. Dawson signed the front of the jersey in blue marker and in our opinion the signature rates a strong 8. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
