Joe Torre was inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame in 2014. On the right front tail is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "44" and wash instructions. Attached is a flag tag, "SET 1 #8P 1973." Across the front is the official "Cardinals on a bat" logo and "Cardinals" in script embroidered in red, navy blue and yellow. On the front left chest and on back is the player number "9" in red on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "TORRE" in red on navy blue tackle twill. The name on back has been restored. Handwritten on the inside back middle tail is “9 STEWART” in period faded black marker. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent extended organizational use.
