Dizzy Dean was the model of consistency for the St. Louis Cardinals between 1932 and 1936. The Hall of Fame right-hander won 120 games over the span, including an amazing 30 wins in 1934 when he was the NL MVP, and struck out between 190 and 199 batters to lead the league in four of those five seasons. Many baseball aficionados consider that five-year stretch to be one the most dominant in history. This Rawlings "Mr. Shortstop" Marty Marion baseball is signed in purple ink along one of the side panels by Dean and in our opinion the signature rates a 7. The ball is lightly toned and in near-mint condition. Accompanied by a letter from PSA/DNA and a Full LOA from JSA.
