The 1996 Dream Team II was just as successful as the previous and original Dream Team, and may very well have been just as talented. With an average margin victory of 31.8 points per game, the Americans captured another gold medal in 1996, while doing it in host city Atlanta. Offered are Scottie Pippen’s shoes worn during those Olympics that come with great provenance. Nike manufactured size “15.5” white and blue sample shoes. The player number “8” is embroidered on both heels in blue and gold. Pippen signed the inside ankle of the right shoe and outside ankle of the left shoe in black marker and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 9. Nike logos are seen throughout both shoes. These shoes are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and show wear. Accompanied by a LOA from a Chicago car detailer who serviced Pippens car regularly. The LOA in part reads “Pippen appreciated my work and offered these shoes as a gift for my services”. Also accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match and a Full LOA from JSA.
