The perfect game thrown by Don Larsen in game 5 of the 1956 World Series is the only postseason perfect game in major league history. This Rawlings manufactured OML Selig baseball has been single-signed by Larsen and is loaded with stat inscriptions from that game. Larsen signed on the sweet spot in blue ink and in our opinion the signature rates a 9. Handwritten just beneath the signature is “1956 World Series Perfect Game 5 October 8 - 1956”. Handwritten on either of the side panels is the Yankees and Dodgers full lineups, positions, number of AB’s, R’s, and H’s. MINT condition. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
