The St. Louis Cardinals defeated the St. Louis Browns in six games to capture the 1944 World Series. Stan Musial hit .304 and added a home run during the series. The cover of this souvenir program reads “WORLD SERIES 1944 NATIONAL VS. AMERICAN LEAGUE” and is filled with information on both teams. Stan Musial signed the cover in blue marker and in our opinion the signature rates a strong 9. There is vintage aging and creasing throughout but the cover displays beautifully. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
