On the inside front left tail is the Rawlings manufacturers tag with washing instructions. Attached are two flag tags reading “52” and “2002 SET 2”. Across the chest reads, “NEW YORK”. The player number “49” appears below and on the back. Across the back reads the player name, “BENITEZ”. All numbering and lettering is done in glacier on white on orange triple tackle twill. Above the player name is an official “MLB” logo patch. On the left sleeve is the “Mets” team logo disc patch and on the right sleeve is the “1962 Mets 40th Anniversary 2002” patch and the “9-11-01” embroidered logo between two American flags. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
