The crotch piece has been removed and the jersey is sans a manufacturers tag. On the inside front left tail is an oversized box tag reading the year “64” embroidered in white chain stitching. The player number “22” appears on the front, back and on both sleeves in white tackle twill. This jersey is tagged for the 1964 season but was worn in the 1965 season by Dan Lewis. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA grading the jersey a 9.
