One of the all-time great Pistons, Bob Lanier was an eight-time all-star who accumulated more than 19,000 points, 9,500 rebounds and 1,000 blocks in his illustrious 14-year career. The former No. 1 overall pick out of St. Bonaventure was consistently in the top 10 in scoring while wearing a Piston uniform and was one of the most efficient big men of his era. Lanier was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1992 and had his number 16 jersey retired by both the Pistons and the Bucks. On the inside rear left tail is the Rawlings manufacturers tag size “46”. Attached is a blank strip tag, an “East Side Sporting Goods” distributors tag, and a tag with washing instructions. Across the chest reads “PISTONS” in red on blue tackle twill. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “16” in blue on red tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA grading the jersey a perfect 10.
