On the front left tail is a “Champion” size “50” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On the left inseam is a materials tag and a tag that reads, “3” EXTRA BODY LENGTH”. On the right chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. On the left chest and on the back is the player number “8”. On the front reads, “NBA ALL STARS”. These are done in the same purple on green tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “BARKLEY” in black tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey. Also included are a pair of size “40” All-Star shorts. Barkley had to give up his No. 34 to Hakeem Olajuwon because Olajuwon had seniority. On the weekend of the game, Barkley talked Olajuwon into letting him wear his customary number. This jersey was prepped to be worn by Barkley, but never was because of his negotiating skills.
