Elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993, Walter “Sweetness” Payton was a Super Bowl champion, was First-Team All-Pro seven times and was a two-time MVP. Payton was named to the NFL 75th Anniversary All-Time Team and has his No. 34 retired by the Chicago Bears franchise. On the front left tail is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size “44” with washing instructions. The player number “34” appears on the front, on the back and on each sleeve. Across the back reads the player name, “PAYTON” on a white mesh nameplate. Below the player number on the left sleeve reads, “GSH”. All numbering and lettering is done in blue on orange vinyl lettering. There are repairs scattered throughout the jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
