Hall of Famer Kenesaw Landis was baseball’s first commissioner, elected in 1921, shortly after the 1919 Black Sox World Series scandal to restore the integrity of the game. This Chicago post card has been signed by Landis on the back in black ink and in our opinion the signature rates a strong 6. On the verso is a handwritten address. The post card has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA as authentic. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
