The player with the sweetest swing in baseball was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016 on the first ballot. Ken Griffey Jr. won one of his 10 consecutive Gold Glove Awards for the 1995 season, has his No. 24 retired by the Seattle Mariners franchise and was named to the MLB’s All-Century Team. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. Attached are two flag tags reading "100% POLYESTER" and "2" EXTRA BODY LENGTH". Adjacent below is a strip tag reading “1995”. On the right sleeve is a Russell Athletic logo embroidered with the "Negro League 75th Commemorative Year" patch above. On the left sleeve is the "Mariners" team logo patch. Across the chest reads "MARINERS". Across the back is the player name "GRIFFEY" on a teal nameplate. Below on the back is the player number "24". All numbering and lettering is done in silver on navy blue tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
