Greg Maddux won his third consecutive Cy Young Award in 1994 with arguably his best statistical season. Maddux had a sparkling 1.56 ERA allowing just four home runs throughout the season. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall Of Fame in 2014 on the first ballot collecting 97.2% of the votes. On the front left tail is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached are two flag tags reading the size “44” and “GV”. Adjacent below is a strip tag reading “94” embroidered in navy blue. Across the chest reads “Braves” in script style writing with the team’s Tomahawk logo below. On the back is the player number “31”. These are done in red on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “MADDUX” in navy blue tackle on a white nameplate. On the right sleeve is the “MLB 125TH ANNIVERSARY” patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
