On the inside of the pants, on the waistband adjacent to the button path is a “Wilson” size “36” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On the rear waistband is a white strip tag with the player name, “McCovey” embroidered on it in chain-stitching. Below is a white strip tag with the year, “1972” done in chain-stitching. Adjacent to these tags, the name, “KING” is written in pen. These pants are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from Dave Kingman that states these pants were worn by both McCovey and Kingman.
